Work in progress. Configure, configure, configure.
The con, we should never have moved into an arena not fit for football. The board had only their wallets and purses at heart, not the clubs best interests.
The figure, no one can figure it out what the future has in store.
We are at a crossroads where we HOPE things come good, and fate has a hand. But this is West Ham so expect the unexpected.
We are exposed and vulnerable, it was never a good idea not to have a stadium as an asset.

plus we've got work going on with the engineers to see if there's something we can do to reduce those costs much further
Perhaps they should see about getting some cheaper engineers... honestly I have never heard anything like it...
